Junior Accountant

You will actively participate in daily accounting management and contribute to the improvement of internal processes to support Connectic's growth.


This position requires both precision and organization. You must demonstrate autonomy and a keen eye for detail to ensure the quality of accounting oversight. An affinity for IT tools and fluency in French are essential.

Daily accounting management

  • Entry, verification, and processing of supplier invoices
  • Entry and sending of customer invoices
  • Participation in the preparation and monitoring of payments
  • Monitoring of customer statements, follow-ups, and management of disputes

Internal collaboration and support

  • Work closely with different departments to ensure the reliability of financial data
  • Participate in the digitalization and automation of accounting processes
  • Be proactive in suggesting ways to optimize internal procedures

Reporting and analytical tracking

  • Participation in monthly reporting
  • Analytical tracking of projects
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of accounting processes

Documentation and collaboration

  • Training on the accounting tools and software used by Connectic, including Odoo
  • Participate in discussions with the accounting team and internal training sessions
  • Actively contribute to the skill development and quality of financial data

 

Training and prerequisites

  • Degree in accounting (bachelor's or equivalent)
  • Driver's license (Category B)
  • Live within a 50 km radius of Sprimont (4140)
  • Perfect command of French

  • Affinity for management software solutions
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
