🚀 Etilux starts its Odoo project with Connectic!

On 2nd September, we were at Etilux's offices for the official kick-off of their ERP project. And we can say it: we went all out.💪

Since 1972, Etilux has been supporting companies in four complementary fields: labeling and marking, traceability, adhesives and packaging, audiovisual solutions. A beautiful family business from Liège, active in over 40 countries.🏷️

The challenge? To replace an ageing Business Central and its six satellite applications with a single foundation: Odoo. A 360° project: CRM, sales, purchases, WMS, Field Service, multi-company accounting... with a guiding principle embraced by management: to stay within the standard.🎯

But this kick-off was not a technical presentation. The aim was to bring together all the key users and managers involved, to share a common vision and to remind one thing: an ERP project does not stumble on the technicalities, it stumbles on team buy-in. Change management starts today, not at go-live.

The next day, it was time for practice: we directly provided Odoo access to all participants for a first exercise on the CRM. A real success, and a great way to start.🙌

Another exciting point: a shared R&D component, to make the Etilux warehouse a showcase of our shared expertise, their hardware solutions, our Odoo expertise. 📦
