Key players in the circular economy and the social economy, La Ressourcerie and Électrosofie work every day to give objects and household appliances a second life, while creating strong local social impact.
🔹 La Ressourcerie collects, sorts, reuses and resells second-hand goods, promoting waste reduction and access to affordable products.
🔹 Électrosofie specializes in the reuse of household appliances: testing, repairs, device traceability and reintroduction to the market, following both ecological and social principles.
Together, they operate 2 warehouses and 3 stores, where their products are sold jointly. An efficient organization… but one that required a shared, reliable and scalable management tool.
🔍 The challenges
→ POS software not well suited (language, support, distance)
→ Unreliable inventory, despite the need to report precise statistics (weight, categories, etc.)
→ No real intercompany flow management between La Ressourcerie and Électrosofie
🚀 The solution implemented by Connectic with Odoo
→ Multi-company environment with 4 warehouses and controlled intercompany flows
→ Odoo Points of Sale in stores (scanners, terminals, receipts) via virtual IoT Boxes
→ Custom product labels for household appliances (brand, model, capacity, serial number, etc.)
→ Driver application connected to Odoo for daily vehicle tracking (mileage, photos, notes)
