A 100% traditional market gardening, a friendly shop, baskets and deliveries for a whole community of loyal customers in the Sprimont region…

At La Potagerie d'Antan, local and homemade are at the heart of the business. But to keep up with this clientele both in-store and remotely, tools of the right calibre were needed.

It is with this in mind that La Potagerie d'Antan trusted Connectic to support them in their Odoo project.

The challenge?

Managing a physical point of sale, weighing bulk products, the pace of the checkout, while giving customers the option to order online, with suitable packaging.

➡️ a point of sale to equip from end to end,
➡️ a version of Odoo that limited access to the packaging necessary for online sales,
➡️ an invoicing process to automate and structure, without losing rigor,
➡️ a team that had to be able to manage all this calmly, on a daily basis.

The solutions implemented with Odoo :

✅ A complete and connected point of sale: touchscreen, ticket printer, cash drawer and scale for weighing bulk products, all connected to Odoo via a virtual IoT box.
✅ A migration to the latest version of Odoo, to provide access to packaging.
✅ A website connected to Odoo, allowing customers to place orders remotely.
✅ Management of product attributes, categories, discounts and price lists.
✅ Support on invoicing, activation of Peppol and training the team on the tool.

The results ?

✔️ A reliable and fast checkout, suited to the reality of a fresh produce business.
