Two shops, an ice cream parlour, a third opening in preparation, B2B deliveries and a clientele of individuals…

When the business grows, the tools must keep pace.

It is in this approach that Boulangerie Liemans chose Connectic to assist them in the implementation of Odoo, with the aim of centralising and automating all of its processes.

The challenge?

B2B orders were managed manually, through several different channels, with daily consolidation needed to prepare production reports.

An organisation that was becoming difficult to follow at the pace of growth:
➡️ difficulty in ensuring data reliability at every stage,
➡️ little real-time visibility on orders,
➡️ complicated planning to adapt to last-minute orders.

The solution implemented with Odoo:

✅ A B2B portal allowing professionals to easily place orders, with personalised pricing.
✅ An automated management of production, from order to workshops.
✅ An automated invoicing system and complete traceability, from order to invoice.
✅ A B2C e-commerce site also serving as a product catalogue.
✅ An automated management of product labels.
✅ A simplified tracking of work time management.

The results?

✔️ Reliable production reports available in real time.
✔️ A simplified invoicing process, without end-of-month recalculations.
✔️ More than half a day of administrative work saved... every day.
✔️ Better visibility across the entire operation.

And now?

As with any ERP project, digitalisation is a process of continuous improvement.

The next developments will focus on:
📌 bill of materials and cost calculation,
📌 stock management and expiry dates,
📌 point of sale for shops,
📌 purchase optimisation.
